Deposits: 

A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required to reserve your spot; no space is held until your deposit has been paid. Regardless of the purchase of insurance, deposits are NOT refundable for this group trip.  

Payments: (the monthly payment plan shown when booking is optional)

Though payments are made at your own leisure, we encourage you to make small payments leading up to the final payment date, to avoid paying one large lump sum. There is an optional monthly payment plan available; all registrants are automatically enrolled in the payment plan, though it's not required that you follow it. If you choose not to follow the monthly plan, you must meet the two required scheduled payment dates listed below in order to keep your reservation in good standing with Xscape2Paradise; failure to meet the payment dates may result in cancellation of your reservation:

Required Payment Schedule: 

By April 15th a 2nd payment of $150 must be received on your reservation

By June 1st a 3rd payment $150 must be received on your reservation

Final Payment Due: August 28, 2020 - your total remaining balance is due

Please note that some credit & debit card payments can incur processing fees that range between 2.5-3%, depending on the supplier - although most are free. Xscape2Paradise has the right to cancel your reservation due to non-payment, before doing so, we will contact via email in an attempt to work with you before canceling; such cancellations will resort in forfeiture of funds.  All payments are non-refundable, we highly recommend the purchase of travel protection.
