Felicity Odell~A woman on a life-long journey in purpose & joy ~
As a consummate seeker, drawn to new experiences, places and people. Naturally a physical person since childhood as a swimmer, ice skater, marathon runner and yogi. Vitality through movement isn’t a choice for Felicity, it is a must.
A mother of three and soon to be grandmother with a life filled with old and new friends. Driven by curiosity: What makes a person smile? Why does Troncones feel like home? Felicity believes life is not mono-focused on good and bad, rather life is full of collective experiences that all contribute to who we are and who we will be. Let life be your greatest teacher.
Felicity's journey with Yoga began in her twenties and activated deeply in her 40s. She was called to teach and in her exploration found an endless pool of discovery and teachings bound by a practice, called yoga. Her yoga teaching journey began with a 200-hour teacher training through Corepower Yoga, based on the Baron Baptiste Method, followed with yoga sculpt trainings, Yoga 6 teacher education. Felicity is also certified in the Prison Yoga Project Training, focusing on trauma-informed, mindfulness based yoga and brings yoga to incarcerated people around the world. Felicity, as a consummate seeker continues to study + learn the depth of knowledge and gifts yoga offers.
Felicity has been told by many that she looks familiar and many are drawn to her energy. She does not consciously think about herself in this way, though she is grateful for these energetic attractions. She does not take herself too seriously and wants to have FUN, creating experiences for all to feel welcomed, challenged and inspired to unfold the physical, spiritual and emotional gifts within. Felicity believes everyone is singular and on a journey to find and shine their individual light and when teaching she sees a collection of individual shining lights, all seeking connection within, to the world and with one another in community practice. Her teaching style is grounded in service, serving through action and engagement in every sequence of classes. She serves through humor, vulnerability, accessibility and kindness.
Felicity discovered Troncones in 2019 and is blessed to teacher yoga at Present Moment & Radiant Heart studios in town. She leads small group retreats and is very familiar with Troncones the surrounding areas and shares her love for this magical place.
Felicity lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. She teaches Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Restorative and Yoga Nidra in the Bay Area and Troncones, Mexico.
Adriana Gonzalez~ an ordained Minister of Walking Prayer, A Healer, Acupuncture Detox Specialist, and Yogini.
Adriana facilitates medicine ceremonies, yoga, sound healing, and offers acupuncture and healing sessions. Her ministry is inclusive, with a focus on indigenous wisdom traditions. She birthed Radiant Heart Yoga & Ceremonial Arts in 2013, and began to work in private homes and healing/yoga centers. In 2018 she was able to build a platform and open doors to the Radiant Heart Yoga & Ceremonial Arts studio.
Adriana is a dual citizen of Mexico and the USA. Her parents immigrated to the US from Mexico and grew up in a neighborhood of immigrants, refugees, and African American families in Houston, Texas. As a child growing up in a community struggling to accept a new wave of migrants, Adriana experienced rampant personal and institutionalized racism.
At 18 she enrolled at the University of Texas at Austin, where she began her journey to dissolve this false reality so prevalent in America and begin her healing from years of internalized racism. She received degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnic Studies, and was politically conscious, working in social justice.
Adriana works with the most marginalized population in America~ undocumented citizens, the homeless, and incarcerated youth with disabilities. A career in social justice law was redirected by an acute episode of spiritual awakening- an initiation of Spirit. After leaving her career behind in Austin, Adriana began participating in sweat lodge and medicine ceremonies before going back to school to become a minister, yoga instructor, and healer. Years of intensive practice and calling for a vision brought in Radiant Heart Yoga & Ceremonial Arts.
As a bi-cultural woman of color in America, Adriana decided that the best way to access and remember her lineage and traditions was to return to her ancestral homeland of Mexico. There, she found a home for Radiant Heart Yoga, and developed it as a space for healing and transformative personal and collective work, set in a small and peaceful town on the southern Pacific coast of Mexico.
