The Essence Festival is a vibrant celebration of African American culture, music, and empowerment. The Essence Festival features unmatched musical performances, empowerment and inspiration, cultural celebrations as well as community and connection. New Orleans is also known for its delectable Cajun Cuisine. You are also supporting a black-owned business by attending this event. Come with us as we experience all New Orleans has to offer.  

You can add on 3-day concert passes soon. They must be paid in full or you can switch your entire trip to financing through Uplift. 

Guests must be able to participate in the days offered. 

 There are no price adjustments if guests cannot attend all days. Our packages are for up to 2 people per room.

Important Information

• Monthly payments must be submitted online via your invoice.
• An invoice with the monthly payment schedule will be emailed to you.
•  All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• You MUST purchase your own flights to New Orleans Airport (MSY)
• You MUST arrive in New Orleans on July 3, 2025  No refunds will be given for missed tours.
• You MUST provide us with your flight information to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure in New Orleans.  A form will be sent later to capture information. 

Private Facebook Group:  Once your trip is confirmed, you will be invited to a private Facebook group where you will have full access to all trip details. You will receive monthly updates leading up to departure and you will have a chance to get to know some of the other travelers a little bit more.

Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Myrin's Destination Station LLC's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you turn on the Auto-Pay option at checkout.  With Auto-Pay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates indicated on your payment schedule.  Your monthly payment schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option.  An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.   

Credit/Debit Card Fees: A non-refundable standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to final purchase. 

Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 7 days of the scheduled payment date.

Failure to Submit Payments:  If you should go more than 60 days without submitting a payment or discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice.  A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.

Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Myrin's Destination Station LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation. 

Cancellation and Change Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Myrin’s Destination Station LLC will be non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferrable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance. 

Roommates: If the roommate you selected cancels, your rate will adjust to the revised(single person) rate or you can replace them. Any cancellations within 60 days of the event are your responsibility, however, we will try our hardest to help you replace them.

Travel Insurance:  Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 7-14 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit.
