Please have your group organized prior to selecting room choice.  Individuals lodging together should be part of the same group.  All room pricing is based on double occupancy (2) per room, with a maximum of (4) per room/quad occupancy; no single supplement available.  Please place reservation for the entire party at time of booking to ensure all parties are in the same room. Please email your requests or add options for excursions.  Ex: cooking classes, tours, steamboat Natchez. Pricing is based on an individual basis. Excursions are offered on a limited availability basis.  Early booking is highly recommended as they tend to sell out.  Please specify dates of interest.

The credit card used upon check-in must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

Cancellation Details
If you cancel before 06:00 PM hotel time 24hrs prior to check in there will be no forfeiture amount.
There may be additional applicable charges and taxes. Please be sure to update Chaneesays of any changes in plans to avoid loss of payments.
