Are you tired of feeling like a human robot on the hamster wheel of life?
Work, sleep, repeat?
You're going through the motions society tells you to go through... to get the material things that are marketed to give you happiness, but really... you just want some space to relax, heal, be free, play, learn, laugh, spend time with other sol-deep people, and be yourself.
That's why Taylar created Sol Deep Yoga Retreats. Join us for this 7-day, 6 night retreat (option to add on 2 nights to hike Volcano Acatenango!) 6-nightto rest, recharge, and unravel to your truest self--back to your essence.
Essence is defined as the intrinsic nature or indispensable quality of something.
That's who you are before society told you what to be. And when you begin to peel back those layers to get back to your truest divine nature... that's when your spark becomes most alive, when your world begins to bloom again.
So after the retreat, you can go back home and approach your life with a full cup of creativity, love, and passion... no matter where you go or who you're with.
The Sol Deep Fam is made up of individuals who love to embrace their authentic selves. By traveling deep into the soul, finding your light, and nourishing it (so you can share it with others), the world becomes a brighter place.
And on the other side of the coin, when we spend time with those from a new culture, like the lovely people of Guatemala, we get to see how their unique light shines. And it can inspire and encourage us to share more of our unique lights when we return home.
Taylar lived in Guatemala for 6 months and has been back to visit a handful of times. It's known as the land of eternal spring and is also known as the Heart of the Mayan World. She's stayed at the Kawoq Forest for a yoga retreat in 2022 and knew she needed to bring you back, too!
The people here are so kind, the nature is breathtakingly beautiful, and this retreat center is like a secret wellness oasis tucked away in the highlands of Lake Atitlan. Cue outdoor shower, gorgeous sunsets, and fresh flowers galore!
