I had a great time, wonderful people, delicious food and accomodatation according to description for the different towns but always the best available. I don´t know how they made it, but the group was very homogeneus which made living together very easy and pleasant. The guide was the best, very qualified, kind and respectful making the grup feel safe all the time. The porters were also the best, our belongings were always safe and on time at any place we arrived. Absolutely anything went wrong during our trip, only best things to say and the best memories from this amazing experience. Thanks ACE and team.

We have traveled all over the world and this trek is one of the highlights. The opportunity to immerse ourselves in the majestic mountains, nature and culture of Nepal is something we will always remember. I can't say enough good things about the staff of Ace the Himalayas. Sujan was our first contact and was always quick to respond to our questions and anticipated all our needs from the moment we landed in Nepal a few days before the trek until we left. Our guide Sushanta was incredible. He always had a smile and each evening he would talk us through the following day's plans so that we were informed of our schedule, the route we would take and how strenuous, what we needed to wear, best foods to eat and making sure we were always hydrated. Halfway through the trek I began to feel ill and he had everything I needed in his medicine kit and made sure I was comfortable and recovered quick. He always went above and beyond what is expected from a guide. Our porters Indra and Arjun were fantastic and made our trip so much easier. They always had a friendly smile and willing to help with whatever was needed. I would definitely recommend Ace the Himalayas and use them for future treks. This was a trip of a lifetime! It was my second trip with ACE and it lived up to my expectations. Our guide Ngima and porters, Chetra, Teak and Gombu were wonderful. Without such an amazing team to support our group on this trek it would have been more challenging than it already was. Hiking up three passes with one over 18k' took determination and stamina. They led us with positivity, professionalism and humor and were always at the ready for whatever we needed. The extensive experience of our ACE team helped us navigate not only the trek by setting a good pace, but also stomach issues, acclimatization and all sorts of other unexpected concerns/questions that came up. Everyone in our group completed the entire trek and we were fortunate to have such an awesome team! Namaste to all!

I had a wonderful experience doing Everest Base Camp Trek with Ace The Himalayas. Our guide Maddy and assistant guide Jit were there every step of the way to make the experience seemless whether it was proactively ensuring we had enough water, giving us accurate recommendations for what was ok to eat, debriefing us every evening with the events of the day as well as what was to expect the next day and more. To me it felt like all I had to do was focus on the walking and the breathtaking views. One night before our arrival to Everest Base Camp we were hit with one of the biggest snowstorms in recent memory and as a result we had to turn back in order to prioritize our safety. Maddy, Jit and the porters (Hira, Kumar, Basanta, Hemanta, Sabin, Dil) were extremely responsive and safety-oriented. Within minutes they had a plan for returning to a nearby town and reserving our beds for that night. The porters carried our bags through a snow storm making this difficult and potentially dangerous situation feel much more innocuous than it would have been without their expert judgement and execution. Overall, the trip was a blast and even though we didn’t make it to base camp (nobody did that week because they closed it), I felt like the journey itself had already been worth it because of all the fun, laughter and breathtaking views we shared along the way. I feel extremely grateful to Ace the Himalayas for this adventure of a lifetime and I would recommend any of their trips because I’m now familiar with the team’s passion and their commitment to providing a fantastic outdoor experience in even the most challenging situations.
