• If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to departure, the penalty is 50% of the trip price LESS the cost of the airline ticket. 
• Within 30 days of departure, the penalty is 100%. 
  
  NOTE: Your transport to the departure city Washington DC or New York, NY is NOT covered in the ticket price. Round trip Travel from the departure city to Ghana is included in the trip cost. You will need to cover the cost of travel to and from departure city to your city of origin.

For Bookings made after December 5th, the trip price will be $3299 to cover airline fare increases.
