- The New York City Bus Trip is a bundled package. It cannot be separated. Individuals game tickets and/or hotel rooms will not be sold.
- This trip will require participants to be fully vaccinated. Individuals who are unable to show proof of vaccination the morning of the trip departure will not be able to attend the trip and will not receive a refund.

3) In Person: You can drop off a payment at our office in Norfolk, Virginia with the Receptionist from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 500 East Main Street, Norfolk, Virginia (BB&T building in downtown Norfolk). We are located on the 16th floor inside of the Gather co-working space. Your payment (money order/cashier’s check) must be in a seal envelope with the following information written on the front of the envelope: The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club #1667. Inside the envelope, please include a letter with your payment noting the following information: Name of the Attendee(s), Contact phone number, Contact email address, Contact mailing address. We will mail you a receipt. We do not accept cash or personal checks for payments made in person. Please call or email us when you are planning to drop off a payment.
We DO NOT accept payment by phone.
All payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another trip/tour. However, an existing reservation can be changed to another person. Please see the "Name Change Policy" section below.
If you opt into a payment plan, please pay accordingly to the schedule. If more than two consecutive payments are missed, your reservation(s) will be cancelled and any payment(s) made will be forfeited. Always contact us if you are unable to meet payment deadlines.
Pricing is based on room occupancy (the number of people staying in a room together). If your roommate cancel or removed from the trip due to missing more than two consecutive payments, a price adjustment will incur to cover the remaining hotel cost. You are allowed to replace your roommate. Please see the "Name Change Policy" below.
No refunds are available once the trip/tour commences. In the event of a no-show by a paid attendee, no refund shall be given.
We STRONGLY recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance. We do not offer refunds. Purchasing travel insurance is a way to protect your travel investment dollars in the event the unexpected happens.
If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email (info@thepacktravelclub.com). Payments will not be refunded for cancellations.
However, if a trip is cancelled by the coordinator (The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club) due to lack of interest or unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund.
A name change is the cancellation of one guest and the addition of a new guest on a booking. Applicable cancellation penalties will be assessed to the original guest (owner of the booking) plus a $50 administration fee to make a name change. The new guest will be subject to pay any outstanding balance that was not paid for by the original guest.
The original guest must send written response via email to info@thepacktravelclub.com requesting a name change and provide the following information of the new guest
1) Name
2) Phone Number
3) Email Address
Only the original guest can request the name change. The ownership of the reservation will be transferred once the original guest has provide the new guest information and have paid the $50 administration fee.
Travel insurance is offered by a third party, Allianz Global Assistance, not The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club. Plans underwritten by BCS Insurance Company, Jefferson Insurance Company or Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Affiliated Companies, depending on insured's state of residence and plan type. Plan(s) may not be available to residents of all states.

Travelers insurance is not required in order to join a trip/tour.
Marable Enterprises DBA The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club hereby gives notice that The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club does not own or operate any motorcoaches, cruise lines, banquet or catering facilities, hotels or attractions and that all arrangements made for transportation, accommodations, cruises, sightseeing, attractions, meals, etc., are made by us solely as AGENTS upon the express condition that we shall be not liable for any injury, death, accident, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any person or company engaged in transporting the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. Any delay in pickup time is not grounds for cancellation. The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club will not be responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of baggage and personal property.
Photos taken may only be used to promote The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club experience in articles, videos, or other media in which The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club is described and referred to within the contents of the given medium of media communication. Photographs are not to be used as stock photography.

Proof of vaccination can be displayed on your smartphone. Proof of vaccination may also include a CDC Vaccination Card (or photo) or an official immunization record from outside of the United States.
The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club staff and venues will adhere to all state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 and will continue to update our policy as necessary. By purchasing a ticket to our trips, tour, and events, you understand and acknowledge that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. In attending our trips, tours, and events, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club and all of their affiliates, employees, contractors, staff, and associates from any and all liability for any illness or injury due to COVID-19 exposure.
Identification
All attendees must present a government-issued picture ID prior to entry (passport or driver’s license).
Proof of Vaccination
Every guest must show a completed vaccination record authorized by the FDA or WHO against COVID-19 (dated at least 14 days before the show). Proof of vaccination can be displayed on your smartphone. Proof of vaccination may also include a CDC Vaccination Card (or photo) or an official immunization record from outside of the United States.
Bring a Mask
All attendees are required to wear masks inside the theater, except while actively eating or drinking.
Children Under 12 Years of Age
Fully vaccinated children ages 5-11 are welcome at the Apollo. Proof of vaccination authorized by the FDA or WHO against COVID-19 must be provided (dated at least 14 days before the show). Photo ID for children under 12 will not be required if they are accompanied by parents/guardians with government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport).
If you're unable to show proof of vaccination, you will not be able to participate in the tour and will not receive a refund.
Vaccination Policy
Last updated and effective as of January 29, 2022. This vaccination policy is in effect for performances now through April 30, 2022. For performances beyond that date, we anticipate a review of policies, which may include a relaxation of certain provisions, a modification or an extension of this policy as the science dictates.
Guests who wish to enter any of the NYC theatres owned and/or operated by the Nederlander Organization, Inc. will be required to follow the vaccine policy herein.
In addition to a valid ticket, to be permitted to enter the theatre:
Vaccination Requirements
”Fully vaccinated” means on the day of the performance date as shown on the valid ticket, a guest has received (a) the second dose of an FDA or WHO approved two-dose COVID-19 vaccine or (b) the single dose of an FDA or WHO approved COVID-19 vaccine or (c), for international guests, two doses of any “mix and match” combination of an FDA or WHO approved COVID-19 vaccines
The only exceptions are for guests who need reasonable accommodations due to a medical exception or a sincerely held religious belief. In these cases, guests must provide proof of ONE of the following instead of evidence of vaccination:
Entry will be denied for guests who do not provide the documentation as required above.
Mask Policy
Masks are required for all guests, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must be worn at all times while visiting the Theatre except when eating or drinking in designated areas. All masks must completely cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings.
Contact Tracing

For the health and safety of our audience and employees, we ask that all ticket holders over the age of 18 download New York State’s contact tracing app COVID Alert NY, available for iOS or Google Play before entering the theatre.
This app is run by the NYS Department of Health side by side with New York’s comprehensive COVID-19 contact tracing effort. Its goal is to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 amongst New Yorkers and those who visit New York State. Your identity is never revealed to anyone, however, you will be alerted if you have come into close contact with anyone who has COVID-19.
If you're unable to show proof of vaccination, you will not be able to participate in the tour and will not receive a refund.

The single room occupancy rate is $900 per person. Rate applies to one individual occupying a room. The room will contain one (Queen or King) bed. We have a limited quality of single bed rooms available. If the inventory sales out, you will be given a room with two Queen beds.
Please Note: If you are a couple that wants a room with one bed, you must pay the Double Room Occupancy Rate. When you checkout, selection the option for one King bed.
The double room occupancy rate is $700 per person (full price is $1,400 for two people occupying a room). Rate applies to two individuals occupying a room. The room will contain two Queen beds -or- one King or Queen Bed.
Please Note:
(1) If you are a couple that wants a room with one bed, you must pay the Double Room Occupancy Rate. When you checkout, selection the "Room Type" option for one King bed.
(2) Due to the limited availability for this tour, the deposit payment must be made at the same time for both individuals staying in the room together. After the deposit is made, the individual that made a deposit can create a Contribution Page for their roommate(s) to make subsequent payments.
(3) If a member of your group cancels or is removed from the trip due to missing more than two consecutive payments, a price adjustment will incur on the remaining group members. Your final payment will be based on the number of people still attending/rooming together. You are allowed to replace any member of the group that cancels. However, the new member(s) will need to pay the full amount. Funds cannot be transferred to another person.
The triple room occupancy rate is $640 per person. The full price is $1,920 for three people occupying a room. Rate applies to three individuals occupying a room. The room will contain two Queen beds.

(1) The maximum number of beds in a room is 2 bed. Due to hotel and Fire Marshall regulations, rollaway beds cannot be added to a room with two beds.

Just minutes from New York City, the entertainment and shopping complex fuses a mix of world-class attractions with unique dining and shopping, providing a true “Daycation” escape to fill all your entertainment needs.
The mega-sized mall currently houses over 3-million square-feet of immersive opportunities, with more stores and unique attractions.
After our shopping experience, we will check into our hotel in Jersey City. You will have time on your own to explore the stores and restaurants surrounding our hotel or you can take a quick trip to Hoboken or NYC via the subway system.
