Option 1: Gulf Air (via Bahrain)

• Outbound: Depart London Heathrow (LHR) at 10:00, arriving in Muscat at 23:05 with a layover in Bahrain.

• Return: Depart Muscat at 07:40, arriving at London Heathrow (LHR) at 15:20, again with a layover in Bahrain.

Option 2: Qatar Airways (via Doha)

• Outbound: Depart London Heathrow (LHR) at 09:00, arriving in Muscat at 21:25 with a layover in Doha.

• Return: Depart Muscat at 13:00, arriving at London Heathrow (LHR) at 20:25 via Doha.

Option 3: Oman Air (Direct)

• Outbound: Depart London Heathrow (LHR) on a red-eye flight at 20:50, arriving in Muscat at 07:00 the following morning.

• Return: Depart Muscat at 14:15, arriving at London Heathrow (LHR) at 19:10.

Payments and Cancellations:

Deposit

To secure your reservation, we kindly ask for a £100 deposit upon booking. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payment

We require full payment no later than 5 weeks before your trip’s departure date.

Refunds and Transfers

Once full payment has been received, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers. However, if your plans change and you are unable to travel, you are welcome to sell your space to someone else. Please note that the responsibility for finding a replacement rests with you. If you decide to sell your space, please notify us with the details of the replacement traveller at least 2 weeks before the departure date to ensure a smooth transition.

Cancellation Charges

• Cancellations made more than 5 weeks before the trip: No additional charge (deposit remains non-refundable).

• Cancellations made within 5 weeks of the trip: 50% of the total trip cost.

• Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the trip: 100% of the total trip cost.

Refunds during the Trip

Unfortunately, once the trip has commenced, we are unable to issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any unused services or portions of the trip.

Itinerary Changes

Please keep in mind that the itinerary provided may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding in this matter.

Trip Protection Plan

To provide peace of mind, we offer an optional Trip Protection Plan. By paying an additional 15% of your total trip cost, you can cancel your trip and receive a full refund up to 20 days before your departure date. This plan safeguards your investment against unexpected changes in your schedule, allowing you to book with confidence. We highly recommend opting for this protection to ensure a worry-free experience.

Guest Screening: To make sure everyone's experience is enjoyable and smooth, we conduct a brief screening for all our guests after booking. If, for any reason, you don't pass the screening, rest assured, we'll refund your deposit promptly.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to cover medical issues, cancellations due to illness, COVID-19, flight disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
