This is a trip that will commence in Nairobi - Amboseli National Park, home of African elephants that offers a clear view of the African tallest mountain and the world's tallest free-standing mountain, Kilimanjaro. After this, you'll drive to Naivasha for a boat ride and Nakuru for bird watching on the following day. You will complete your adventure with a visit to the famous Maasai Mara well-known for its wildlife.
Upon your arrival, you will be picked up from JKIA, SGR Nairobi Terminal, Hotel, or place of residence and drive to Amboseli National Park with brief stops on the way. Upon your arrival in Amboseli check in for lunch followed by an afternoon rest and later head for an evening game drive.
Amboseli is crowned by Mt Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. The name “Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning (salty dust), and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of Elephants up close. You'll explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with Sulphur springs, the savanna, and woodlands among many other different types of wildlife.
