Join us for a weekend in the mountains on beautiful Lake Payette at the Glass House in McCall, Idaho. Lydia Miller and Megan Aaron will be your guides while Laura Hunt will prepare delicious & nutritious meals to nourish you through the weekend. Glen will be offering massage to top off your weekend of wellness. All yoga sessions, meals & body treatments will be held at the event site for the duration of the event. This building has 179 windows overlooking the lake and surrounded by the mountains.
Agenda will include:
Yoga sessions, Meditations, Hiking, Massages & dry brushing, meals and wine sipping. Vatta season is on its way, we will focus on the transition from the hurried, heated Summer activities to the grounded, earthy, nourishing Fall.
We will present ways to find a balance and rhythm using the 5 Pillars of Health- Mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and social.

5:00pm: Welcome Ceremony & Celebration!
Upon arrival you will be greeted by your wellness guides, Megan (yoga & Ayurveda specialist) Lydia (yoga & movement specialist) Laura (Chef & dry brush specialist) as well as Glen (massage therapist/body work specialist).
After a short meet & greet you will be escorted to the yoga shala where we will connect through movement & Ceremony.
Practice will focus on settling into routine by recognizing that sometimes embracing chaos (such as a shift in seasons) is necessary for growth. Life has uncertainties, this practice will bring you back into balance and remind you of what you love through steady pace and rhythm.
