4-day Silent Insight Yoga and Meditation Retreat
Stillness isn’t found in the mind; it resides in the heart.
Yoga and meditation are two sides of the same coin. The effect of these practices is the same, even though they may look and feel differently. They are two different paths leading to the same destination. In essence, yoga is meditation in motion and meditation is yoga in stillness.
During these 4-days, Insight yoga and meditation, Buddhist inspired Dharma talks and self-inquiry exercises will provide inspiration and enhance self-awareness. Join this retreat to reconnect with your heart and the stillness within, and allow the practices to guide you back to who you truly are.
During this retreat Marije Paternotte will offer:
· an exploration of movement (Yang yoga) and stillness (Yin yoga), as well as breathing practices, to elicit a wholesome expression of Chi in the body, fostering vitality and overall well-being;
· mindfulness and insight meditation;
· Dharma talks; and
· practices for self-inquiry.
One single bed. Each room has a sink. Showers and toilets are shared.

The Quad room rate only applies if room is occupied by a minimum of 3 guests. Otherwise the Double room rate will apply.
