Join Karen Leaming and Karen Nolan for a peaceful getaway in the beautiful Finger Lakes! If you love yoga, wine, food and relaxing, this is the trip for you! We will be staying in a luxury villa overlooking Lake Seneca with magnificent views, two hot tubs and minutes from amazing hikes, wineries, restaurants and shopping. Your days will be a balance of yoga, adventure, nourishment and rejuvenation among a friendly community.
