We had an absolutely amazing experience at Hotel Punta Islita. If you are looking to host a yoga retreat in Costa Rica, look no further. From the moment we stepped off our shuttle we were greeted with such warmth by the staff of this venue that you immediately felt at home in this stunning location. From the beautiful and private yoga shala right off the beach to the well thought out excursions, including the Blue Zone Food Tour, this is a retreat my community is simply raving about. Fit4Travel was a dream to work with. As a seasoned retreat leader, they helped me concentrate on what was most important to me - connecting with my community. Their level of professionalism and quality to detail were above and beyond. And, having the excellence of their team - from my account manager, to the travel concierge, to the guide that was with us in Costa Rica from the moment we stepped off the plane - made this trip an absolute joy for all who attended. I will definitely return to Hotel Punta Islita with a group again, as I know what a special place this is to share with my community and feel extremely lucky to have had this experience.

We had the best time on this trip! The guides were amazing with tons of knowledge about the area and local wildlife. If we had questions and they didn't know, they would find out for us. Each location was beautiful and we felt safe and taken care of. We laughed so much and just had an overall great time. Just returned from attending a Fit4Travel retreat in Costa Rica, and such an incredible experience. I've run 17 yoga adventure retreats around the world myself and can see how life would be so much easier with Fit4Travel having my back! They coordinated everything and accommodated all our requests as they came up. The hotels were fabulous, places I'd never pay for to stay myself! And the local tour guides were super nice and loved sharing their country with us. The views and environment enhanced our wellness, fitness, and yoga classes too! My fav kind of places to teach in for sure :) Erin and Ella from the team joined and they were just pure GEMS! Such sweethearts that made us feel so welcomed, safe, well received, and loved. The others I met on the trip were SO inspiring, we had such great times and connected so well. We all just clicked so well, and I am so inspired by them. This is what I love about retreats. The environment, culture, nature, accommodations, food, etc enable the best experiences of travel and connection. No better way to travel than a retreat I think!
