Discover Folegandros , the quintessential traditional Greek Island. The coastline and landscape are wild and rugged. The beaches, near empty. The hospitality, off the charts.
Folegandros is a stark contrast from the crowded party scene of Greek Isles like Mykonos. This 8-mile long island with a mere 650 permanent residents is a haven for travelers wishing to experience traditional Greece. Here you'll find charming, family-run tavernas and hotels sparsely strewn amongst the remote beaches and blufftop villages.
The kayaking route follows awe inspiring coastal cliffs and dips underneath arches and into sea caves. Along the way you'll rest on footprint-free beaches and absorb the serene wild nature undistracted by crowds.
