OK for the trip to Ghana. For the return trip the connection in Amsterdam was too short. Coming from Ghana one needs to go there through a new security screen and this took far too long to have a chance to catch the connecting flight to Düsseldorf. The VISA applications should have been better prepared. It should have been recommended to choose priority applications at extra cost. The extra cost would have been worth it to spare us all the extra problems going through the standard process with the embassy loosing our prepaid envelope for returning the passports. Unbelievable that they were unable to fix their own faults. Reachability and communication as well as service would have been a lot better with the priority application process.
