The most amazing retreat! Thank you to every single person who is involved with this lovely place. Friendliness, grace and professionalism abound. The food is amazing and well thought out. The chef has heart! I love it here! Chia is a beautiful human inside and out. Her teaching method is unique and very personalized. She's fully connected to every person in her class and cares deeply for those people. I came home feeling peaceful with a desire to keep it going. Breathe. Be. Portland.

One of the best vacations I have ever experienced—retreat or otherwise. The physical location, the roiling Pacific Ocean; the quietude and nature; the retreat center itself, the delicious food.... This is my 3rd retreat with Chia at Prana del Mar. The location and accommodations are beautiful and very comfortable. Great healthy food for all the meals, wonderful group of people, and very loving staff. Chia's energy and yoga classes are amazing. She is so full of love, expert on the anatomy of the human body, and extremely creative in using props and our own body to stretch and strengthen muscles that I didn't know that I had. This retreat was more restorative yoga, focusing on the psoas muscles, instead of the common sun salutations and warrior poses. If you are looking for restorative and relaxing poses that help settle the monkey mind, then this retreat with Chia is for you. If you are looking for a cardio yoga workout, then choose a different yoga instructor. I have received a tremendous gift from Chia's teachings.
