This yoga immersion will be a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the practice of yoga! It will be structured similarly to a teacher training, but without the teaching practices.
The immersion will begin with morning sadhana practice. This will include morning mantra, pranayama, and seated meditation.
After the morning seated practice, Jared will teach a JM Vinyasa Class. The classes will be open level and each day will have a specific focus on different postures.
After class we will have a lunch break.
The afternoon session will start with an hour long yoga philosophy lecture where we will discuss a specific topic from the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, or the Upanishads.
We will then have a posture clinic where we will work on various yoga postures.
And we will close with an evening meditation session.
