• All payments to WeTravel and Xscape With Me Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you purchase travel insurance, your trip could be refundable through the claims process only.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport or Government ID. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply to correct documents.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
• Roommate Matching may be available after 75% of the trip has been paid in full.
• You can log in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day.
• Late payment of $100 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
• If the country changes its vaccination policies that is not a justifiable cause for cancellation.  Xscape With Me Travel is not responsible for changes due to COVID and our contract with the vendors and suppliers will still be valid.

Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. 

Cancel between June 19 - July 8, 2023; $150 per person penalty

Cancel between July 9 - August 3, 2023; 50% per person penalty 

Cancel between August 4 - 18, 2023; 75% per person penalty

Cancel on or after August 19, 2023; Full Penalty (100%)
