During this magical 6 day retreat, you will explore all aspects of your being through movement, creative expression, journaling, and interpersonal connections. Cornelius will provide a space for you to be fully expressed, seen, and an opportunity for you to create, craft, and build upon life tools and share ideas with a community of like-minded individuals that have gathered to retreat with you. Our focus is to create a meaningful experience through yoga, movement, creative activities, and group games. Everyone will organically craft and carve out a daily practice that is meaningful to each individual. Through the creation and crafting we will have honest conversations with one another that hopefully provides a space of support, healing, and empowerment.
Our retreat will be hosted at La Joya Hotel & Retreat Center located on the coast of Mexico in Sayulita Nayarit which is only 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. Minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Sayulita is a winding cobblestone road that leads to playa Escondida, the hidden beach. It’s here, nestled between coconut palms and a quartz adorned boulder on the shore, that you’ll find La Joya.
La Joya, A family-run boutique hotel and retreat space, offers elegant accommodation, wellness focused amenities and the opportunity to reconnect: to self, to nature, to whatever’s most important to you. All rooms have 4 walls, air conditioning, high speed wifi, local organic shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The property includes Salt Water Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Cold Plunge and on site massage studio (massage appointments are not included as part of the retreat package however you have the option of booking this individually when arriving to the property) Practice yoga Beachside in the Functional Movement Space. Participate in daily workshops in the open Air Terrace space. Enjoy delicious, healthy, and organic Meals, prepared fresh daily by the staff. During your free time take a walk to the nearby beaches, hike the trails, and/or take a Seven Minute Golf Cart ride from Town.

About Your Retreat Leaders
Cornelius Jones Jr. (E-RYT 200) is founder and creator of YogaBurn, Inc/YogaBurn and specializes in Vinyasa yoga, Power Yoga, and Barre Fitness. He has led numerous yoga teacher trainings, curated & taught many yoga/fitness hybrid classes, and coached yoga teachers in how to sustain their voices while teaching. He is a gifted performance artist, and has danced and sung on Broadway and in theaters across the USA and internationally. In addition, Cornelius is an L2 Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, a published author, and works independently in the field of addiction and recovery as a Creative Arts & Healing Facilitator. Cornelius' confident style and motivating encouragement is a voice to uplift and inspire.

VERY IMPORTANT: This option can only be booked with someone you know and are choosing to share a room with. There's the option for each person to book together at the same time OR at different times using the dropbox menu. If the person you are sharing the room with books at a different time, please email Retreat Leader the name of the person you're sharing your room with. Also your payment due dates may vary when booked at different times.

Itinerary
Day 1 (ARRIVAL DAY):
Make yourself comfortable as you arrive and get familiar with the facility.
We will have our first introduction as a group at Dinner for the official Welcome and Meet & Greet. Come ready to Set a powerful intention to lay the foundation for the transformative experience you will have this week..
