About this trip

I live in Choeng Doi, just outside of Chiang Mai on a beautiful property surrounded by naturally flowing stream and rice fields. While in a quiet rural setting it is close distance to urban facilities, restaurants, local markets, and temples.

Yoga Retreat in Nature


1. We can start our day with 30 to 60 min of morning mindful walking and guided sitting meditation. 

2. Afterward we’ll explore our  neighbor’s rice field and learn about the rice cycle

3. Then we will practice 1 hour of morning yoga in my studio or in our beautiful garden which is big enough to hold 20 people). I will adapt to your level or eventual limitations.

4. After yoga practice, we will share a delicious lunch that I prepare myself. 

5. Afterward we can visit Wat Phra That Doi Saket Temple : Breathtaking temple! (10 min bike from our property) and the very nice and authentic local market nearby 

6.     At 3.00 pm we can practice mindfulness and meditation or do our evening yoga practice, a more relaxing style of yoga called Restorative Yoga.I live in Choeng Doi, just outside of Chiang Mai on a beautiful property surrounded by naturally flowing stream and rice fields. Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat in Nature

1.We can start our day with 30 to 60 min of morning mindful walking and guided sitting meditation. It’s depended on how comfortable you feel
2.Afterward we’ll explore our neighbor’s rice field and learn about the rice cycle
3.Then we will practice 60 minutes (depend on how comfortable you feel) of morning yoga in my studio or in our beautiful garden, which is big enough to hold 20 people). I will adapt to your level or eventual limitations.
4.After yoga practice, we will share a delicious lunch that I prepare myself.
5.Later Wat Phra That Doi Saket Temple : Breathtaking temple! (10 min bike from our property) and the very nice and authentic local market nearby.

Note: After a half day of practice and explore in nature you will already feel more energetic and clear minded. In my opinion you should come back and stay a few more more nights to rejuvenate your holidays

After having to stop my yoga and meditation routine during the pandemic and not faring well I knew I had to take drastic action to remedy this situation. So I decided to sign up for a week at Flow Yoga. It was well worth the investment. Amori is a very skilled teacher of yoga and meditation. Because of the intense work there I found my way back. I am now continuing with my home program. The yoga studio is peaceful and the surroundings beautiful. I was served three delicious and healthy meals and stayed in a beautiful room with private bathroom, a.c. and a fridge. The effort and expense paid off and therefor I heartily recommend Flow Yoga to anyone interested in some selfcare. Christine

We spent half a day with Amori, who welcomed us in her rural home outside the city of Chang Mai, easily reachable by taxi (to go back to Chang Mai it is possible to grab a mini bus in the village for 25bath) We started the day with an introduction to the walking meditation practice where we had also time to exchange about the meaning of this technique and our feelings after practicing which was really nice. After, we moved in another room dedicated to the yoga session, which she adapts based on the level of the group (we were only 3 almost all beginners) , and then we had a nice break where she and her family cooked for us a really nice vegetarian pad Thai. It was really nice to take time to speak about their traditions, to know more about her story and Buddhism in general. After lunch she brought us to a temple next to her house, where she continued teaching us about Buddhism while explaining the different meanings of paintings and statues in the temple. Amori and her family are really kind and helpful, it was a great opportunity to know more about Thai people, get in touch with the culture and spend a day in contact with nature and calmness.

We had an excellent time staying with Amori at her gorgeous property. The most rewarding part of the experience was the instruction on the purpose of meditation (how to approach meditation with the right mindset) and getting to try several styles of meditation during the retreat. We were two beginners and she was able to provide us a great experience for our skill level. Thank you Amori!

I did the one day yoga and meditation retreat and I highly recommend it and would love to do it again. Amori is a great teacher and very skilled. I learned a lot that I will take home with me. Amori also send videos of the practise we did. The trip to the (very special) nearby temple was very informative and Amori explained the principles of Buddhism in a very accessible and meaningful way. Her premises are clean and beautiful. I booked the trip with taking a break in mind and the experience was truly the break I was looking for. Despite the sparseness of the itinerary, the programme is designed to ensure that one is fully engaged the whole day with pockets of rest here and there so that it is not too overwhelming. I appreciated Amori's passion to spread the goodness of mindfulness and meditation. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had exposure to the different types of meditation especially with the demands of work in mind. I really enjoyed myself during the trip to the temple and learned alot. During my entire time there, I felt very taken care of. The room has everything one would need, there really isn't a need to pack too much other than just basic clothes and toiletries. The food was amazing and very very fresh. It was truly a healing and cleansing time for not just my mind but also my body.

It was my very first time joining a retreat!! The experience exceeded my expectations by all means. Amori was an amazing full dedicated trainer, she was so generous in passing her wisdom and knowledge though yoga and meditation.. The resort was very suitable with great view and facilities in addition to the beautiful garden that will fulfill you nature bathing need.. Meals were piece of art made with love.. Definitely will do this experience again, and I highly recommend you do the same!!
