About this trip

Do not let the day slip through your fingers but live it fully now. This breath, this moment, catapulting you into full awareness. Time is precious, minutes disappearing like water into sand, unless you choose to pay attention.....

-

A FULLY-ALIVE life requires a FULL-EXPERIENCED life.

This is my invitation to you: Exclude nothing, allow everything. Joy and sorrow, happiness and sadness, delight and disappointment and anything else that arises. Practice staying open. Practice forgiving. Practice failing. Practice loving. Practice all the time.

To live fully is to feel the entire spectrum of what it means to be human. Everything that enters your life is a vehicle to wake up and pay attention. Are you noticing? Are you listening? Are you willing to find out?

When we attune our hearts and minds to the present moment, life communicates with us. We are always presented with a choice. We are continuously called forth on a journey into the unknown. This is the most important endeavor you will ever embark on because it is the only one you have - this one wild and precious life.

Join me for a 7-day immersion into living FULLY ALIVE. The setting for our retreat is a truly special property created with loving awareness, cradled in the majestic landscape of Zion National Park.

This intentionally-designed program incorporates twice daily practices - including vinyasa yoga, pranayama, restorative, kundalini, meditation, wisdom talks and engaging group discussion. The sessions are created to be both experiential and educational, as we continuously open to the full spectrum of aliveness

Our week together includes a magical pre-dawn mesa hike & sunrise meditation, as well as plenty of free time to explore Zion National Park. If my past retreats are any indication, you will be surrounded by like-minded human beings (endless laughter guaranteed) and leave with lasting friendships.

.....You've received these same reminders many times before. This time, take them into your soul. For if you choose to live this way, you will be rich beyond measure, grateful beyond words, and the day of your death will arrive with no regrets. {by Danna Faulds}

How to get to Nama-Stay in Springdale, UT:

Option 1: Fly in/out of Las Vegas Airport (LAS)

Las Vegas tends to have the best flights and inexpensive car rentals. Then it is a 2.5-hour drive from LAS to Nama-Stay. I recommend organizing a small group to travel together and share a rental car.

Option 2: Fly in/out of Saint George Airport (SGU)

Closer but limited flight options. United, Delta and American/SkyWest offer flights with connections. From SGU it is a 1-hour drive to Nama-Stay. There is airport transport available via Uber/Lyft, Saint George Shuttle and Salt Lake Express.

Yvonne, E-RYT500, is deeply committed to living wholeheartedly and sharing the timeless teachings of yoga. She approaches the practice from a holistic perspective – weaving together mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and philosophy – and encourages each person to discover their own path to clarity, steadiness and ease. For Yvonne, all of life is practice. How we relate to our inner world shapes the way we move through the outer world. Every moment is an opportunity to meet ourselves in the moment, to breathe and begin again.

Yvonne’s Daylong Silent retreat at Green Gulch was challenging and easy at the same time. Of course, I could sit without much discomfort because Yvonne’s calm voice and manner made me feel welcome and safe. I could follow my breath, and she brought me back to the space each time I wandered into my head. It was challenging in the sense of sitting in the same position for a long time and getting very hungry, but I felt that time went fast, and I didn't mind not talking. I also didn't know anyone but you :) The day's practice inspired me to meditate more, so since then, I am doing my daily 10 minutes plus five or ten without guidance. It makes me happy to do it. I appreciate Yvonne sharing her special talent with the world. She is a special being. Gracias. 🧘🏽‍♀️🙏🏽✨ Katia Fuentes

I came in with an open mind - new to meditation and never have been on a retreat so one day sounded perfect to me. Yvonne open my eyes and helped me connect my mind with my body. I was overwhelmed with emotion at the end of the retreat. She introduced me to the ‘Temple of the Present Moment’. How amazing does that sound?! A day in silence and with myself but at the same time experiencing this with a room full of people was life changing. I would go to another retreat hosted by her. Thank you Yvonne!

This trip exceeded my expectations. It wasn't just the idyllic place or the without-a-hitch experience but the care, and the magic. The things that would not take place if they were not done with love. If I could do it over in exactly the same way I would: it would again fill me with wonder, if would again restore things inside me I did not know need restoring, it would again remind me that the meaning of life is connection.

This was a perfect experience. We can’t rate higher. Yvonne lead fantastic yoga, meditation, and discussion sessions. The ambiance at the retreat center was amazing. The rooms, the food and the facilities were perfect. A special call out to the hosts Christina and Luca who were attentive, caring and professional. They made every effort to have every one of your needs met. They arranged taxis as needed. When one of the members had a fall they immediately provided transportation to the local ER. Christina accompanied us on our town visits in Cortona and Montepuciano and was a wonder resource to assist our visit. I would love to have stayed longer and hope someday to have a chance to go again.
