Do not let the day slip through your fingers but live it fully now. This breath, this moment, catapulting you into full awareness. Time is precious, minutes disappearing like water into sand, unless you choose to pay attention.....

A FULLY-ALIVE life requires a FULL-EXPERIENCED life.
This is my invitation to you: Exclude nothing, allow everything. Joy and sorrow, happiness and sadness, delight and disappointment and anything else that arises. Practice staying open. Practice forgiving. Practice failing. Practice loving. Practice all the time.
To live fully is to feel the entire spectrum of what it means to be human. Everything that enters your life is a vehicle to wake up and pay attention. Are you noticing? Are you listening? Are you willing to find out?
When we attune our hearts and minds to the present moment, life communicates with us. We are always presented with a choice. We are continuously called forth on a journey into the unknown. This is the most important endeavor you will ever embark on because it is the only one you have - this one wild and precious life.
Join me for a 7-day immersion into living FULLY ALIVE. The setting for our retreat is a truly special property created with loving awareness, cradled in the majestic landscape of Zion National Park.
This intentionally-designed program incorporates twice daily practices - including vinyasa yoga, pranayama, restorative, kundalini, meditation, wisdom talks and engaging group discussion. The sessions are created to be both experiential and educational, as we continuously open to the full spectrum of aliveness.
Our week together includes a magical pre-dawn mesa hike & sunrise meditation, as well as plenty of free time to explore Zion National Park. If my past retreats are any indication, you will be surrounded by like-minded human beings (endless laughter guaranteed) and leave with lasting friendships.

.....You've received these same reminders many times before. This time, take them into your soul. For if you choose to live this way, you will be rich beyond measure, grateful beyond words, and the day of your death will arrive with no regrets. {by Danna Faulds}

Springdale, UT 84767
Nama-Stay is located just five minutes from the main entrance to Zion National Park, the stunning backdrop for our weeklong retreat. Within walking distance are local restaurants, gift shops, a grocery store and free shuttle stops into the park.
Framed by the majestic Zion landscape, Nama-Stay is nestled in the quiet beauty of nature. The property is built on two acres of land that were once beneath an ancient ocean before human habitation. Friendly chickens, cats and gentle deer roam the tree-filled grounds.
We will have the entire retreat center to ourselves, which will serve as a sacred container for deep practice and connection. Yoga and meditation sessions take place in the peaceful Nama-Stay Pavilion, with sliding doors opening up to stunning views of the towering red rocks.

How to get to Nama-Stay in Springdale, UT:
Option 1: Fly in/out of Las Vegas Airport (LAS)
Las Vegas tends to have the best flights and inexpensive car rentals. Then it is a 2.5-hour drive from LAS to Nama-Stay. I recommend organizing a small group to travel together and share a rental car.
Option 2: Fly in/out of Saint George Airport (SGU)
Closer but limited flight options. United, Delta and American/SkyWest offer flights with connections. From SGU it is a 1-hour drive to Nama-Stay. There is airport transport available via Uber/Lyft, Saint George Shuttle and Salt Lake Express.
$500 non-refundable deposit due upon registration. Remaining fees are due no later than February 17, 2025.
