This was our FIRST trip to Africa, and I can honestly say this trip FAR EXCEEDED our expectations! The tours were planned brilliantly, with room for adjustments per the weather or other possible issues. Most of the accommodations were great (the AirBnb was EXCELLENT!), although don't try to compare them to accommodations within the U.S. The U.S. dollar goes a LONG way in Ghana, which is great for foreign travelers, but not so good for Ghanians. Overall, we enjoyed an enlightening, enjoyable, and edifying tour within the Motherland. We look forward to future excursions ... SOON!

We had a great time. WeTravel chose a wonderful hotel which I was forced to give a 4 star review, only because they do not maintain their section of the beach properly, so it is dirty. I stayed away after one visit there! Everything else went like clockwork although we could have used a little more connecting time between flights. The tours and staff they assigned to us were top of the line. Thanks to Samantha and Tim, everything went well.
