Upon payment of your deposit, there will be an option to purchase travel insurance through WeTravel. You do not have to use this particular company but travel insurance with a minimum coverage of $200,000 is mandatory.
Travelers will be able to access the following:
-Detailed itinerary
-Virtual introductions with other travelers who will also be participating in our service trip
-A safety conference call to discuss precautions the group will take to travel
-FAQ document specifically for Ghana
-Do's and Don'ts list for international travel
-Suggested packing list
-Informational Pre-trip Survey
-Feedback Post-trip Survey
-Passport Visa and Yellow Fever Vaccination support (ALL REQUIRED)

*Note: Individuals who purchase double occupancy and traveling without a roommate, will be paired with a roommate if available on a first come first serve basis. If a roommate is not available, you will be required to upgrade to single occupancy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more prior to trip start date will be subject to the following terms:
$0-$499 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
Any remaining balance paid over the non-refundable amount of $499 is refundable.
Cancellations of confirmed bookings 89 days or less prior to trip start date will be subject to the following terms:
Loss of 100% of program price.
