This trip will include 4 Star accommodations, All you can eat and drink, 2 excursions, and transportation to and from the airport. 

Deposit is due July 30.  

Rooms:  All prices are for double occupancy only. If you would like a single room please message me.  It will be an additional cost.  Please email me that request immediately and be ready to place your deposit.

Payments:  You will have 6-8  payments.  But may pay it off whenever you choose to, as well as, make partial payments if you need to.  However, the deadline for the final payment will be 2 months before departure.  

Insurance:  Insurance is not included but is highly encouraged.  There is a link available below but you may also seek out your own insurance as well.  

Donations to Charity/School-Please note we will be leaving our footprint either in Aruba or Dayton OH by making a donation to a charity or local community.  If it's a school, we may be asking you to bring some school supplies, if it's a scholarship of some sort, we may be asking for a donation.  

Finally:  All deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable.  Please see the terms and conditions for more information.

Please note excursion days and types may differ depending on availability.  An updated itinerary will be sent to you prior to trip departure.  Currently, the group excursions bus tour and catameran boat ride.  Guest of honor and/or making great memories reserves the right to change or update the excursions.  

Tickets:  Tickets for Soul Beach Festival are sold seperately.  Once launched, a link will be sent out for guests to purchase the tickets they like.  Events, parties, and other shows will be happening the entire weekend.  Some events are free and some are not.  However, you may select the ones you'd like to attend once they have released that information.
