Your initial deposit is non-refundable. This portion will not be refunded at any point of cancellation. Cancellation 91 days before trip departure: Full trip payment will be refunded, less your initial deposit. Cancellation 90-61 days before trip departure: 50% of your trip payment will be refunded. Cancellation 60-0 days before trip departure: No refund applies.
A cancellation by you will take effect from the date we receive notice in writing. No refunds will be provided in the event of voluntary or involuntary early departure from a trip. No refunds will be given for missed or unused services including, but not limited to, accommodation, activities and meals. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Ability
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate mobility assist devices such as wheelchairs and walkers on this tour. You must be able to manage your own luggage without assistance.
Activity Level
This adventure trip features several 8+ mile, full-day hikes with some significant elevation gain. Be prepared for some early mornings (before 6am wake-up times) so that the group can get to the trailhead or parking area before things get too busy. This will be an active trip but well worth the feeling of accomplishment and incredible views of the park!

Your Glacier National Park adventure begins north of Kalispell and Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) in the city of Columbia Falls, MT. Here you’ll have an opportunity to meet other members of the group before grabbing dinner in town and heading to our accommodations for the duration of the trip.
