All deposits must be made online and paid by credit card or electronic funds transfer from a checking account.  For subsequent payments, you can avoid Online Transaction Fees by mailing a check to our office at the address below by the appropriate due date.  Please put the traveler's name and group name on the memo line of the check.

The following per person fees apply for cancellations:  

From 120 to 91 calendar days (Jul 20 - Aug 18) before departure the cancellation fee is 25% of package price per person ($357.50 for student package);   

From 90 to 61 calendar days (Aug 19 - Sep 17) before departure the cancellation fee is 50% of package price per person ($715.00 for student package)  

From 60 to 31 calendar days (Sep 18 - Oct 17) before departure the cancellation fee is 75% of package price per person ($1072.50 for student package)  

From 30 calendar days (Oct 18) before departure until the departure date the cancellation fee is the full tour price ($1430 for student package).  

At any time prior to 120 days before departure, Client may be entitled to 100% refund, minus non-refundable deposit, with the exception of any occurence outlined in Section 5.3. (above).
