Day 1: Arrive via flight in Jamaica and shuttle to retreat center in Portland. Check-in, get settled, and relax before an opening ceremony when everyone arrives. Dinner will be followed by restorative yoga, and guided meditation.
Day 2: Wake up to a morning meditation workshop followed by an Energy Yoga class before breakfast. Relax by the pool, read a book, or get a massage before we join again for lunch. A midday workshop on journaling for wellness will follow. We will close the day with a sensual evening dance class and dinner.
Day 3: Group excursion! Take a day hike through a beautiful waterfall in Portland. Enjoy lunch at a local Jamaican restaurant and lounge on the beach. Return to resort for dinner and evening Yoga Nidra.
Day 4: Before breakfast, wake up sexy with a slow flow RnB Yoga with intention setting. After breakfast, get fierce with a Beyonce dance class followed by lunch, an afternoon workshop, some time to relax, and finally a strut worthy beach photoshoot. Dinner will be followed by a closing ceremony and restorative yoga class.
Day 5: Before departing, enjoy one last yoga class if time allows before breakfast, say "see you later" to your new friends, and shuttle back to airport. Fly home.
