Are you looking to take your recovery to the next level? Kathy, MaryBeth and Payton are professionals in women's recovery and wellness, and in long-term recovery themselves. This is your opportunity to gather with like-minded/hearted women for self-care, connection, renewal and to be in circle to nourish the feminine spirit. Mornings will be spent in group with guided activities, exercises and special sessions; afternoons and evenings are free to enjoy outdoor walks by the sea, hiking and sightseeing; tea & conversation on the porch or inside, in a cozy seating area. A special yoga and mindful movement session will be offered by MaryBeth and Payton at a nearby studio space. Onsite massage therapy (additional cost) will be available to book.
Morning Labyrinth ceremonies, sun-gazing and (optional) cold dip will start each day on York Harbor Beach, just a short walk from Varrell House. Evening sharing circles will complete the day around a backyard bonfire or in one of the charming common areas. Explore recovery with experienced guidance in gorgeous York Harbor, Maine.

Between 1890 and 1910, Gilded Age tycoons arrived and built rambling summer cottages along the seaside cliffs. Today York Harbor is a thriving year-round community and with it's gorgeous waterfront steps from Varrell House, is a beautiful setting for this retreat.
