Cristal is a certified yoga instructor influenced by many styles of yoga & has practiced under various teachers internationally; creating a balanced fusion for all level practitioners. She is passionate about creating a safe & supportive space for her students to grow and evolve through movement & meditation. She's blessed to have taught at multiple festivals, conventions & continues to stay deeply inspired by her students. She guides a nurturing practice encouraging participants to peel away the layers & tap into their true self.

The location was visually stunning but the retreat itself lacked organization and communication. The accommodations and food were described as top notch/5 star which set high expectations but, unfortunately, neither delivered. The other attendees were mostly warm and lovely people, but there were no initial introductions or sense of community fostered which felt like a real missed opportunity.

Trip of a lifetime! Accommodations were great. The yoga, my companions, and the ambience of Amorgos made for an amazing week! The weather cooperated too! I came home reinvigorated both in body and mind.

This retreat exceeded my expectations! It was a great balance of yoga, meditation and breath-work, matched with time to explore and chill. The hotel and spa are gorgeous facilities with exceptional service. Breakfast and dinner services are delish with many options and lots of Greek food, of course! Love the plethora of desserts and sage tea! More food options than you could imagine! I made much use of the sauna, salt water pool duo (feels like the best thing ever!), smoothie bar, as well as the massage and nail technicians at the spa. Feeling super pampered and loved on! Worth it!!! I left Cristal’s retreat on Amorgos feeling BLISSFUL to sum it up in a single word! All the R’s: rested, relaxed, rejuvenated. I also feel inspired and clairvoyant, like a piece of Amorgos’s aura is with me now. I’m grateful for this time with Cristal’s group. The energy of this serene island is unmatched and this retreat is exactly what I needed!

There are no words that can truly describe our experience with Cristal and the entire staff at Aegialis Hotel & Spa, besides unforgettable! Everything was perfect! The thought and time that went into our experience was not only noticed but beyond appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and staff who treated us like friends and family. I will forever be grateful for the people I met and the time we had! A trip of a lifetime!

We had a fantastic and pleasurable experience all around. Cristal did an outstanding job with organizing this trip. She proved herself to be exceptional and the yoga classes were the best. I would highly recommend this excursion.
