What’s included
- Wholesome MealsThree delicious meals and three non-alcoholic drinks included per day. Vegan and Gluten free options available. Farm-to-table menu generously honoring Mesoamerican heritage and its people.
- Yoga & MeditationDaily morning yoga and meditation included for all retreat guests. Mats and blocks provided.
- Jungle Waterfall TripWaterfalls like you’ve never seen them before! Hidden in the jungle, we will go explore and spend a the day jumping, diving, swimming, and lounging in and by the magical waterfalls of Tamanique.

- Cold Plunge & SaunaRefresh your body and mind with unlimited access to these soothing amenities surrounded by the natural beauty of our retreat setting. Rejuvenate your senses and enhance your overall well-being.
- Horseback RidingTake a horse for a stroll on the beach or upgrade for a stroll through the village of Mizata . One 15-minute session included per guest. Guests can sign up for a 30-minute ride with a guide.
- All TransportationYou will be picked-up and dropped-off at the airport by a our retreat transportation team. Shuttle to the Tamanique Waterfalls also included.
- Relaxing MassageIndulge in a rejuvenating massage experience during your retreat, where you'll have the option to choose between relaxation or deep tissue techniques.

- FlightsFly into San Salvador, El Salvador (SAL) on January 18th, ideally landing around 1-2pm
