Join us for a deeply nourishing retreat on the beautiful Greek island of Lefkada. Soak in this heavenly place and ground with twice daily yoga + workshops, communal meals of delicious Mediterranean food, our very own private beach, a group sailing excursion to neighboring islands, and more.

YOGA + WORKSHOPS 

Daily practice will begin with morning meditations, pranayama, alignment, and vinyasa-based asana. Workshops to inspire and support transformation will be held in the afternoons. Yin and restorative practices will usher us into the evenings. 

DELICIOUS, HOME-COOKED MEALS

Be nourished with a communal full luxury brunch and dinner each day. Ourania, the chef and owner, cooks everything from scratch, with local, fresh, top quality ingredients. The delicious Greek Mediterranean cuisine will include Vegan, Vegetarian and Pescatarian options. All food allergies will be accommodated. Morning teas and coffees, fruits and snacks will be available throughout the day. 

LODGING + LOCATION

Each room has a terrace overlooking the sea where you can savor the views. There will be time for reflection, exploration, communing with each other and nature. Go for a swim in the villa’s pool, take a hike down to the private beach, and explore the villa grounds at your leisure.

The Urania Villas are located within driving distance of Athens, so no ferries or additional flights are required to get there. While a shuttle is included to and from Athens Airport (approx. 5-6 hours), you are welcome to make your own way to the villas. 

The shuttle will depart from Athens International Airport around 12 pm on Friday the 29th and will depart the villas early in the morning, around 7 am on Friday the 6th. If you plan to take the shuttle please plan your flights accordingly.

Other flight options include flying into Preveza Airport, which is closer (a 1.5 hour drive). 

Renting a car is a good option if you want more freedom to explore the nearby beaches and towns on your own. 

PLEASE NOTE: The flight is not included in the retreat package. If you do not plan on taking the included shuttle, please arrive at Urania Villas on Friday the 29th after 3 pm and plan to depart the villas on Friday the 6th by 10 am. 

TWO DAY TRIP EXCURSIONS 

A sailing excursion will take us to neighboring islands where we will swim at the Onassis' island of Skorpios, visit a deep sea cave with amazing blue-green shades of water, walk around the main village town of Katomeri on the island of Meganisi, and enjoy lunch and coffee by the sea.

On a second included day trip we will visit the legendary Lighthouse Doukato, where the poet Sappho took her last breath, and Porto Katsiki beach, where a stunning cliff-face ranks among the most impressive in the Mediterranean. 

WEATHER

The weather in the beginning of October is perfect, the temperature hovers around 77-82 degrees, and the sea is at its warmest.

Payment plans are available and can be split up into 2-6 payments, depending on what works for you. 

$2700 single bed in shared room with it’s own bathroom and terrace sea view (double occupancy)
$3200 king bed in private room with it’s own bathroom with terrace sea view (single occupancy, or $2700pp for couple)
