Get ready for the ultimate Soiree experience, as we travel to Vienna for their ever so famous Vienna Ball season. We will be escorting a group of up to 25 people to Austria for a dream experience at the Confectioners Ball in January of 2026.
This is the elite, real life Bridgerton experience you've been waiting for! Arriving the Sunday before the ball, you will have Monday through Thursday to experience all things Vienna, as we participate in foodie tours, city tours, and all types of different European excursions.
We will be renting our floor length ball gowns and black tuxedo's from local, Vienna ball specialty rental shops, and treating ourselves to a day of pampering (yes, even you men!) to prepare for the elegant evening. Vienna becomes ball focused, and there are so many shops, restaurants, coffee spots, salons, etc., that specialize in helping along the way. We'll be taking a group Waltz course and if your partner isn't wanting to Waltz, but still wants to come, we can rent a "taxi" dancer for you!
The evening of the ball, we will have a group dinner at one of the recommended 5 star restaurants, after which, we will be escorted to the ball in horse and carriage.
Alcoholic beverages and snacks will be available at the ball. The event starts at 8 p.m, and lasts well through the night until about 5 a.m.
The flights and hotel stay, will be booked with deposit (roughly a $500 deposit) in March of 2025. The tickets for the ball, won't be available until fall of 2025.
After making deposit on your planning fee, you will stake your claim to a spot on the trip. The planning fee is per couple traveling, or per solo traveler. (Per traveling party)
There are very specific requirements in behavior during this event. You will be expected to honor the heritage of the country, and offer sincere respect for their culture during your stay.

Please note: ALL PLANNING FEES, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENTS ON GROUP TRIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be expected to follow through with the purchase of trip insurance to cover any losses in the event that you must cancel.
Available Packages
This planning fee covers all aspects of booking your flights from the U.S.A. to Vienna, your hotel stay, extra and group excursions, Vienna ball tickets and table seating options, booking of rental of gowns/ tux, dinner reservations for the evening of the ball, Vienna breakfast reservation for the morning after the ball, horse and carriage booking for transportation to the ball, help with passports, booking of transportation to and from the airport, booking of a group Waltz lesson, the purchase of your "Cake Guarantee" and insurance quotes. You will be responsible for the follow through of purchasing your insurance, but the quote for the insurance is included in this planning fee. (PLEASE NOTE: Each item included in the planning fee, is the purchase or booking of, on your behalf. The cost of these bookings is NOT covered by the planning fee. Those purchases will be included in the final itinerary and will be paid for by you. All planning fees, deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE on group trips.)
You will be expected to book/ reserve/ purchase your own food and drink on the other days of this event, unless otherwise specified in the final itinerary.
The planning fee is per household. One household equals one planning fee.
