Get your passports ready to jet set to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! Join us for 4 days in Mexico at the ADULTS ONLY all-inclusive RIU Palace Baja California resort!  

- A Passport is required to enter Mexico and must not expire within 3months of the trip

- Deposits are $150 per person

- Purchasing travel Insurance is highly recommended. There are NO REFUNDS, and all packages are NON-TRANSFERRABLE. If you purchase travel insurance, your trip may be refundable through that avenue only. (see terms and conditions of your insurance provider)

-Travel Insurance must be purchased within 21 days of booking.

-All final payments are due no later than July 28, 2025. 

- This form also serves as a Credit Card Authorization to be placed on file for your room. 

- Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED. You must purchase your own flight, airport code is: SJD(Los Cabos)

-Your deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation, and prices are subject to change until deposit is applied.

- All travel documents will be sent 21-30 days prior to departure.

-All cancellations and/or changes must be received in writing via email only to: inquiry@eliteescapes.info

- I understand that travel insurance is NOT included in my package and that I must purchase it on my own. I understand that I have 21 days from the date the trip was secured to purchase travel insurance. I further acknowledge that Elite Escapes Intl LLC and its partners DO NOT issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation, I will use the third-party travel insurance provider as a means to receive any refunds (see terms and conditions of the travel insurance provider.)

- We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

• 7 days before the due date
• 3 days before the due date
• on the day of the due date
• "Late notice" 2 days after the due date
