This is the payment link for the guided Guided Snowshoeing in Carpathian Mountains Wonderland (Small-Group) trip. A maximum of 10 spots are available for each departure date, and a minimum of 6 travelers is required for the trip to run.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your spot. You may have your deposit back if you have subscribed to our cancellation insurance and the reason for the cancellation is within the insurance contract.

Cancelling your Trip

In case of cancellation on your part (except when you find a suitable and willing replacement), the cancellation fee will be kept:

• More than 30 days before the departure: $100 per person for set-up fees.
• Between 29 and 16 days before the departure: 50% of the full price of your holiday.
• Between 15 and 4 days before the departure: 90% of the full price of your holiday.
• Between 0 and 3 days before the departure: 100% of the full price of your holiday.

Do not forget to inform us immediately of your need to cancel your holiday so that we can validate your date of cancellation.

In case a participant(s) does not present him/herself at the welcome meeting (if any) starting the holiday, or cannot show the necessary travel documents or health documents required for the holiday (passport, visa, certificate of vaccination, etc), no refund will be made.

We are not responsible for your timely arrival or departure from Romania.

Modifying your Trip

With more than 30 days before the departure, if you wish to change your holiday or the date of your holiday, a lump sum of $50 will be retained per person. With less than 30 days before departure, any modification of your holiday will be regarded as a cancellation and the higher expenses of cancellation presented will apply. 

Any modification of your holiday that involves contracting the services of external people (for example: the hiring of vehicles, air transport, maritime transport, etc) and creates expenses in modification will be the customer's responsibility in addition to the expenses retained by us described previously.

If the trip minimum is not met:

If your holiday is canceled by us because the minimum number of participants is not reached, or as a result of conditions questioning the safety of the participants, or for a case of absolute necessity and it is at least 21 days before the departure, you will be proposed, in the majority of the cases at least, a formula for replacement. If this formula is not convenient for you, you will be entirely refunded.

We encourage our travelers to add-on carbon offsets for their flights. To do so, select this option during checkout. Offsets are done through Sustainable Travel International.

Visas: Visas are not required for visits lasting less than 90 days.
