If you’ve always dreamed of conquering Yosemite’s iconic Half Dome, this is your chance!
Our main climb will be on Sunday, starting early before sunrise for an 18-mile trek with a 6,000 ft elevation gain. We’ll ascend Half Dome with the cables down, requiring a harness, and we’ll guide you through everything you need to know to reach the summit.
A good fitness level and a comfort with heights are required, but no mountaineering skills are necessary.
Please note, the final ascent of Half Dome is weather-dependent—we’ll prioritize safety and won’t proceed if the dome is covered in snow or if it’s raining.
This is not a commercial trip; you’ll be joining a group of friends on an adventure, and participation is at your own risk.
Our schedule is tentative and may change as needed.
Share room with an old or new friend. 2 people in a room.
Private room featuring either a double or queen bed.
2:00 pm: Optional - meet at Yosemite Valley and hike the Upper Yosemite Falls trail (with an option to get to Yosemite Point) - between 3-9 miles (depending on where we decide to go back) with between 1000-3000 ft elevation gain to see beautiful Lower and Upper Yosemite Falls and some of the best views in Yosemite Valley
