Documentation To Cruise
A passport is recommended but not required for our upcoming cruise, as we are doing a 'closed loop cruise.' This means we'll depart from and return to the same U.S. port. U.S. citizens can travel with a government-issued photo ID and a birth certificate. However, having a passport can make your travel experience smoother, especially in unexpected situations.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A deposit confirms agreement to the following terms: I understand all payments to Love 2 Go Vacations are non-refundable and non-transferable (including deposits). The above total depends on a group travel rate and is subject to change if participation falls below a consistent number in a group. Love 2 Go Vacations reserves the right to change tour days or modify the itinerary for all group trips.

Insurance: You are advised to purchase travel insurance to safeguard your travel investment. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen events beyond the control of both the travel agent and the client. Please be aware that your entire trip investment and potential medical emergencies could be at significant risk without travel insurance. Monthly payments: Your invoice will note your payment plan, and you will receive monthly electronic reminders as a courtesy.
Roommate: You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making monthly payments. We will try to notify you if your roommate no longer complains about our payment policy.
Changes: Flight, Hotels, and Transfers—Love 2 Go Vacations will try to operate all tours as printed in the itinerary, digital brochures, flyers, and on the website. However, circumstances may arise that would require an adjustment to the tour. We will do our best to avoid such changes, but we must reserve the right to make such modifications if necessary. Tours do not have a monetary value for a cash or credit refund.
Airline: Please note that flight changes are at the airline's discretion. Therefore, Love 2 Go Vacations reserves the right to make airline modifications as we see fit to accommodate our clients. Seat assignments are also at the airline's discretion. All seats for groups are located in economy class.
Name Changes: Name changes are not permitted. Name corrections will carry a fee of $50.00, and this information must be received in writing 30 days before departure or as specified by the airline.
Late Payment(s): Late Payments and Fees at Love 2 Go Vacations. We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our dealings. This section outlines our late payment policy to ensure a smooth and sustainable partnership with our valued customers.
1. *Late Payments: * Invoices for goods or services rendered are due on the date specified in the invoice or the agreed-upon payment terms. Any payment not received by the due date will be considered late.
2. *Late Fees: * To encourage timely payments and cover administrative costs, a late fee of $20 will be charged each week the payment remains overdue. The late fee will be added to the outstanding amount until the full payment is received.
3. *Communication: * We understand unforeseen circumstances may lead to delayed payments. If you anticipate difficulties making timely payments, we urge you to contact our agency immediately. Open communication allows us to explore possible solutions and avoid unnecessary penalties.
4. *Disputes: * If you believe there is an error in the invoiced amount or have questions about a charge, don't hesitate to contact our agency to resolve any disputes promptly.
5. *Continued Services: * Failure to settle overdue invoices may result in the suspension or termination of services until the outstanding balance is cleared. We aim to avoid such situations and encourage proactive communication to prevent disruptions to your experience with Love 2 Go Vacations.
Ground Transfers: Please note that all transfers and excursions have specific departure times and cannot accommodate late arrivals. If you miss a scheduled transfer or pickup, you will be responsible for your own transportation cost.
