Refunds Policy
General Refunds:
If the retreat should be cancelled at no fault to you (the participant), then you will receive a full refund of any deposit or fees that we have received.
We are not responsible for airline or government restrictions. Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, or travel delays. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover these precautions.
For accounting purposes, a written request is required to receive any refund. Please send via the "ASK A QUESTION" button on the Bookings Page to request a refund.
Retreat Payment:
· Upon your booking, a minimum Deposit of 50% is required to guarantee your reservation. This amount is non-refundable.
· Your reservation is not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
Retreat Refund Policy:
· No refunds are offered within 30 days of the retreat start date.
· Refunds are only considered in one-off exceptional circumstances.
· The deposit amount (or 50% of the full amount if this has been paid up front) will be retained if a cancellation does happen.
Retreat Transfer Policy:
· At this point there are no transfers to any subsequent retreats.
Travel insurance is suggested to account for emergencies that may require you to cancel your retreat.

This room can accommodate either two or three people. Each bed is a large single bed (6.5 ft x 3 ft--sort of a large twin) and can be put together for a couple. Top floor. Gorgeous view of the Valley! We are offering a triple special--Save $100 each if you book this with two other friends. The double rate is $1825. And the triple rate is $1725 (minus $100 if you book the special with a code we provide.) There are two single occupancy rooms with king size beds. Each of these two rooms share an adjoining bathroom. Located on the first floor (one flight up from the ground floor.)
