Guatemala Sacred Chill Retreat was the perfect minimal-effort, soul-resetting experience that balanced personal time with meaningful connection. I had THEEE BEST EXPERIENCE! As someone who typically travels solo, I wasn’t sure how sharing space with seven women would go—but it turned out to be the sisterhood I didn’t know I needed. Raquel curated a retreat in Guatemala that embodied pure rest—physical, mental, emotional, and even digestive—creating a space of reflection and growth. The accommodations in Antigua and overlooking Lake Atitlán were well thought out, offering the perfect backdrop for restorative plant-based meals, wellness sessions, journaling, sound baths, and peaceful exploration. Stepping into this retreat was a bold shift from my usual travel adventures, and I’m so grateful I did. Raquel’s intentionality and the incredible women I met made this such a memorable experience. Where do I start? This retreat is exactly what I needed, rest and relaxation! Raquel is God sent; she provided spiritual and mental nourishment. Whether it was daily yoga, sound bath or mediation. Our living quarters were surrounded by the lush green forest, four volcanoes, and beautiful mountains. We awoke to the bluest sky, lake and chriping birds. Although I attended with my best friend, I met the most wonderful ladies who will be friends for life. Our bonding time included, morning breakfast and nightly dinners by our wonderful Chef Alejandro and his assistants. I can't wait to attend another one and hope to annually!

1000/10 Beautiful location, perfect for what this retreat was about. The food was so nourishing and delicious. Loved the freedom and slow flow of activities. This experience will mark another great turning point in my life. Thank you for holding space for us and just being authentically you! I’m so grateful to call you a friend. :) If I had to “complain” about anything it’d be the bugs in the room but it really wasn’t a big deal and I know it was out of our control. I just had some roommates for the week lol.
