It's a time to reunite, share laughter, and create beautiful memories with our incredible travel community. We're eager to reconnect with each and every one of you, as well as meet a few new faces! Even better, a few of our team members will be flying to join in on the celebrations and get to spend time with you!

Celebrating 7 Years of Adventure and Connection

It's time to bring our incredible community of travelers together under one roof to commemorate 7 years of incredible journeys, lifelong friendships, enriching learning experiences, and our commitment to supporting small business development in Latin America. This event is a tribute to all the remarkable memories we've created together and we wanted to throw this party to give us all the chance to just reconnect, reminisce on past trips, and get excited about all the future adventures we'll have together. We hope to see you there.

What to Expect at the Event

🎵 Live Music and Entertainment: We'll have Sergio Serrano, a fabulous guitarist and vocalist local to Sacramento, who specializes in a mix of acoustic Latin Covers playing to tap into Latin America through all our senses! We're also excited to have a live-action painting done by the talented Luis Miguel Sosa, adding an artistic touch to our celebration. This piece will also be raffled off at the end of the night.

🎁 Raffle and Prizes: Join and shop our raffle for a chance to win fantastic prizes including big savings on travel with Heart. Psst, it's for a good cause! Read all about it below.

🌮 Drinks and Food: Your ticket gets you a plate of 3 premium tacos (veg/vegan options available) and 2 beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available) that will remind you of the incredible flavors that are found throughout Latin America.

✈️ Learn About 2024 Travel Opportunities: Chat with one of the Heart of Travel team members about upcoming trips and get ready to start planning your next adventure. 

📸 Photo Opp: The very talented, Allie Jorde, will be in attendance and the party snapping photos of the event. Feel free to ask for a photo or two! We will be sharing a gallery with party attendants the week following the party.

Supporting a Worthy Cause

Our party holds an even greater purpose as all proceeds will go to the non-profit organization, the People & Pets Project, formerly known as Changing the Streets. This incredible organization has expanded its initiatives throughout the states of California and Georgia and is preparing to make a positive impact in Guatemala in 2024, alongside Heart of Travel. The One Health Clinics they host align with our values, benefiting communities where our local guides reside. Founder Janet Hendrickson will be in attendance at the event to shed light on their mission and accomplishments!
