We are located at Desk8 in the main arrivals hall at Montego Bay airport.

After you exit customs, you arrive into the transportation hall. Please go to desk 8, Holiday

Services desk. Do not exit this arrivals hall or you will not be allowed to re-enter. At our desk you will be required to sign in, enter your departure information and get your return pick up time.

We arrived at MBJ in early afternoon and headed to the kiosk for transfer to the resort. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow, everybody was super nice and friendly. The car came quickly and Lyle was super friendly, polite and helpful. Traffic was really bad at times but he navigated with professionalism while providing us some background on Jamaica and its people. Very pleased with the service, we will make the same transfer choice next time around. The driver (Lyle) - 10 out of 10! Gina & Ivan

We had an AWESOME Experience at Hedonism II the entire staff was absolutely Amazing TracyAnn went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and then some, the food was delicious the guest were friendly and respectful. My only complaint is Holiday Services shuttle took 5 hours to get us from the airport to resort being that he had to drop 2 ppl at Breathless in Montego Bay vs 9 ppl to Negril, my suggestion is they have a designated shuttle for Negril passengers ONLY. Our return trip to the airport had no delays our driver Ralando was very professional and engaging in conversation I would definitely go private transfer and request Ralando on our return trip to Negril because we will be Back @ Hedonism II
