Itinerary

- Arrive at LIR airport.
- Retreat center will arrange shuttle service (approximately a 75-90 min drive to Playa Negra which can be VERY bumpy at times)
- Retreat staff will greet you and show you to your room
- Relax, swim, read, unpack, decompress!
