During your vacation with us you can participate to a wide range of affordable activities such as the hiking on through the famed Cinque Terre coastline to enjoy the unlimited walks to explore the gorgeous nearby villages, take a boat tour to explore the Italian Riviera, admire the colorful houses painted in different colors of the riviera, taste local food.
The yoga sessions are twice daily, in the morning and in the afternoon.

The location of your next yoga vacation
This 5-star luxury relais is where the three elements that are the essence of hospitality come together. The three-storey building looks out over the sea and was designed to blend seamlessly into the landscape. Protected by vegetation, it adapts itself perfectly to the slope over Punta Corvo beach, beautifully following the cliff’s lines and nature with a hanging garden on the second level. The relais sits on three hectares of terraced land typical of Liguria, there are chaise lounges and umbrellas under which to relax. Enjoy the free use of the spa features of the relais: the wellness centre, the swimming pool, the sensory showers, the sauna and the steam baths with aromatherapy, and the Kneipp tub.
Over the centuries, the Gulf of La Spezia has been a haven of reflection and inspiration for such great poets as Lord Byron and the Shelleys, and for this reason tradition has named it the Gulf of Poets.

- From whatever city you fly into we are more than happy to help you to organize local transport/transfer to/from the hotel if the trip does not include it.

Booking deadline is 60 days prior to 1st day of the tour.
Payment deadline is 30 days prior to 1st day of the tour.

- A reservation requires a non-refundable deposit of 700€
- Any payments are fully refundable up to 45 days before arrival, except for the non-refundable deposit

Itinerary
Transfer from the airport to the hotel (on your own, optional transfer on request). After you arrival at your hotel settle in your room and then enjoy a welcome yoga session (17:30) in the unique atmosphere of this 5-star relais. This is an awesome way to begin your yoga experience!
After the sunset drink (18:00) we'll meet for Vegetarian Italian dinner (19:30) to get to know each other. The dinner is prepared by the relais' chef with Vegetarian freshly and seasonal ingredients, locally sourced.
Time to get acquainted with the outdoor swimming pools, the solarium, the heated jacuzzis, the panoramic sauna and the internal wet path.
