Join Kelly Smith and Sam Kalawart for a weekend spring reset. Spend a weekend with a group of like minded people cleansing, healing, and transforming your health and spirit. This is not a traditional "detox" or cleanse, this is a reset for your body, mind, and soul.
Over the course of the weekend you will practice daily yoga and breath work to reset your body, practice meditation and human design to reset your mind, and reset your body with nourishing, balanced, and plant based meals.
During this weekend you will also have the opportunity to participate in a media cleanse where you leave all of your electronics at the door and spend the entire weekend unplugged and experience life without the influence of social media and constant contact.
