Meredith Nagel:
Coach Meredith grew up in Colorado, where she was always active—snowboarding, playing sports, and lifting weights—but her journey took an unexpected turn when she became a mom during her PhD program. Transitioning from academia to full-time motherhood left her feeling lost. But in 2020 yoga teacher training became a turning point, leading her to become a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. For Meredith, fitness wasn’t just about getting stronger—it was about reclaiming her identity. She learned that prioritizing her health made her a better mom and a more confident, empowered woman. Now, she is on a mission to help other women break through barriers, tap into their inner badass, and create a life they love. She believes every woman is capable of more than she thinks, and she is dedicated to guiding and supporting them every step of the way.
Tricia Sexton:

Through healing experiences, movement, and immersive travel, she empowers others to step into their most authentic selves. Her deep love for the outdoors drives her to continuously learn and share ways we can better care for the environment, ensuring that both nature and our own well-being are supported for years to come.
