Hey everyone! We are so excited to put together an inaugural (1st annual) group trip to Sandals Ochi in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. We look forward to spending time with all of you! There are 2 links in this itinerary. The first link is for the planning fee only. You will see a drop down arrow next to the planning fee option that allows you to make the $100 deposit on the resort option for 2 people/ 1 room. Please note that the planning fees are non- refundable and deposit must be made on the planning fee before I will be able to make the deposit on your room. There is a 50% discount on the planning fee for the first 10 rooms booked. The price of the planning fee is per room, not per person. 2 people to a room. The payment link for the room is per room/ 2 people/ NOT per person. The dates are set for August 1st through 5th, 2025. That gives everyone enough time to put time off in at work and save up! We are staying at Sandals Ochi in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Flights are available at just under a year out and I am happy to book those through Sandals FOR YOU (Your planning fee covers this), or you may book flights yourself to Montego Bay, Jamaica but PLEASE BE SURE TO GET YOUR FLIGHT INFORMATION TO ME so that I can coordinate your transportation to and from the resort with Sandals. FLIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE AND CANNOT BE BOOKED UNTIL A YEAR FROM TRAVEL. What’s included
- Round-trip FlightsThis planning fee covers the booking of round-trip flights if you decide that you would like for me to book them through Sandals once they're available at about a year from travel date.
- TransportationThis planning fee covers the booking of Round trip transportation to and from the resort. This transportation is included in your package price for the resort booking.
- All Inclusive ResortThis planning fee covers the booking of a 4 night stay at Sandals Ochi n The Caribbean.
- InsuranceYou will have the option of booking insurance directly through Sandals or through Travel Insured. Your planning fee covers my booking this for you, not the cost of insurance, but the booking of.
What’s not included
- Extras i.e. Merch etc.
- Extra Cost diningIf there are additional restaurants in the area that are not included in the price package of the all inclusive resort, those reservations will be your responsibility should you choose to dine there.
- IncidentalsRoom/ Resort/ Transportation unexpected incidentals will not be covered by the cost of your trip. Insurance will be offered.
- Booking your own flightsShould you decide to book your own flights, those will be your responsibility. You will need to coordinate with me on arrival and departure time for transportation to and from the resort.

This is the total cost of the stay at Sandals Ochi for 2 people in one room. Please note: Pricing and availability is subject to change. I highly suggest getting your deposit made to secure pricing and availability as soon as possible. I will inform you of any pricing and availability changes prior to making any sort of deposit. The room category that this price covers is the Riviera Beachfront Club Level room. This price is PER ROOM, not per person. The total current price is $2,557 per room. REMINDER: Get your $100 deposit in ASAP to secure this pricing and availability. This is a 5 star, all inclusive resort. There is an additional $300 deposit required, 3 weeks after the $100 deposit is made to secure the room. You will see in the payment plan details, the outline of this. After the additional $300 deposit is made, you can pay according to the payment plan or pay the package off early if you wish.
Itinerary
Please note: Flights are not available until just under a year out from departure date. If you would like for me to add flights, please let me know. You are also welcome to book flights yourself. You will be flying into Montego Bay, Jamaica. Transportation to the resort, from the airport is included in your package so I WILL NEED YOUR FLIGHT INFORMATION if you book flights yourself. Please DOUBLE check your arrival DATE AND TIME to be sure you are arriving ON THE 1st. It would be my suggestion that you arrive AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE to take full advantage of your first day there.
