About this trip

 This is a newly opened, short, easy, crowd-less, suitable for all kinds of trekkers and off-the-beaten trekking trails Indigenous People Trail Trek in Nepal. The trail is surrounded by Sun Koshi River flowing in the South, Thulo Sailung Peak in the north, and Tama Koshi River in the East. The trekkers stay overnight in the local people’s private homes as family members. Trek is the perfect combination of cultural and ethnic diversity with amazing scenery. The trail passes through different villages, which gives the trekkers a glimpse of the unique culture and lifestyle of various ethnic groups such as Majhi, Tamang, Sherpa, Thami, Newar, Yolmo, and so on. The trekkers can encounter Hindu and Buddhist practices with their deities, temples, monasteries, and stupas. Staying with the locals helps to learn and understand their lifestyle and culture.


In Indigenous People Trail Trek, stunning panoramic views of Ganesh Himal, Dorje Lakpa, Numbur Chuli, Langtang, Jugal, Everest, Kanchenjunga, Annapurna, and Manaslu, etc make your journey more fruitful. Similarly, the trekkers will encounter a variety of wildlife, such as Deer, Langur Monkeys, etc. You will also get an opportunity to participate in local celebrations festivals and ceremonies. Homestay is a special attraction of this trek and it will allow us to study the culture and the people on a very micro level.

    5-nights hotel accommodation at Hotel Yatri Suites & Spa Thamel or a similar hotel on a breakfast basis.

    All Porter service 2 trekkers: 1 porter (one porter can carry 18 kilos of luggage and share between two clients. So both clients are suggested to bring 9 kilos of luggage each)

    Staff costs include their salary, insurance, equipment, food, and accommodation.
  • Government Taxes
    All government and local taxes.

Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu

Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival at the airport, an Asian Heritage Treks & Travel representative will greet you, holding your nameplate. From the airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. Along the way, you’ll pass through some important landmarks, including the Pashupatinath Temple, the Royal Palace Museum (also known as Narayanhity Palace), and the Garden of Dreams, before reaching Thamel. Your accommodation is located in this tourist hub. The streets of Thamel offer plenty of opportunities for exploration.
Includes: Private transport and an overnight stay at Yatri Suites & Spa or a similar hotel in Thamel.
