About this trip
Join us for 7 nights of sun, sweat, salt water, and healthy living. It will be like no other yoga/pilates cultural as well as culinary retreat. As a group, we come together to sweat, sculpt, tone, and detox our body in an escape to remember. Your daily Inferno Hot Pilates Class will be guided by founder of Inferno Hot Pilates, Gabi Walters. However, you are also have unlimited access to all the yoga classes at Ubud Yoga Centre and Canggu Yoga Centre.

The Bali Spirit & Spa Hotel **** is set in a quiet and peaceful location. It is only a short 5 min. walk to the Yoga Centre. It boasts 2 large pools, one with swim up bar, a spa, temple, meditation facilities and yoga room, the river forest restaurant which offers views of the river valley and a selection of Indonesian and international dishes. The ideal place to relax and recharge.
