Transplanted to Lexington, KY from opposite coast, Christina and Casey both grew up with an affinity for movement. Though yoga entered their lives at different times, in has become an inherent part of their daily lives. The practice they offer whiled based in classical asana is informed and inspired by several different movement modalities. Thus creating a practice that is unique and accessible to every body!

You will grow beyond classic vinyasa yoga training with the creating variability workshop. You will be able to guide your students in full range of motion experiences as part of your regular class offering. Casey and Christina equip you to take your teaching to your next level by understanding some basic biomechanics that will positively impact your students’ yoga practice.

My life will forever be positively impacted by this training. If you are considering signing up for the SAJ 200 hour yoga teacher training, do it! The environment is full of love, acceptance, non-judgement, and authenticity. I signed up for training in hopes of being able to teach others, but I truly gained above and beyond that. It created a space for me to not only grow my knowledge but also my confidence & beyond. This training is filled with an abundance of information & practice. I felt more than confident by the end of the training to be able to put together sequences and teach. This training is truly nothing short of perfect. I am forever blessed to carry the experience from this training.

Christina is a teacher unlike any other. The vulnerability and authenticity she brings into each class calls for her students to step up and grow into their full potential. She is your biggest cheerleader throughout the journey, pushing you to be comfortable with being a novice and learn new things. Re-patterning has given me the tools to continue to grow my teaching practice in a more confident manner and I am eagerly awaiting the next step in my training journey with Saj.

This specific training completely re-ignited my love and passion for teaching yoga. The 75 hour Re-pattering is essential for both practicing teachers as well as those simply looking for a better understanding of their own practice. Christina is an absolute breath of fresh air, but more importantly, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in pushing the boundaries (in the best way) of our traditional yoga practices. 100/10 recommend!
