It was such an amazing retreat! We experienced, learnt a lot. I gave new aspects and habits which I started to involve into my personal life. It's is difficult to describe what happened with me there but a lot of things have changed in me. Some traumas that I didn't notice came up and resolved. It was so emotional see and hear in person those people with who I do my everyday yoga practice in my home. I loved it so much, I suggest them!

Each participant came from different backgrounds, but Clelia and Andrew created a space that allowed for a deeply personal journey of self-discovery, providing support and a safe environment throughout the experience. I am truly grateful for the enriching conversations and the opportunity to grow in such a supportive and inspiring atmosphere.
